A New Online Retail Experience
The Challenge:
Assess the current buyer experiences on partner websites and create a unique e-commerce website for new store. Additionally, we were tasked to create two unique features that improve the buyer experience.
The Process Part 1
Research & Strategy:
Performed the partner site audit, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, customer interviews and run several ideation and strategic workshops. Developed a backlog of updates to differentiate new store from partner and enhance buyer experience on both platforms.
Prototyping:
Created paper sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes
Testing:
Conducted remote usability testing
The Process part 2
Visuals
Incorporated user feedback and added in additional features using new branding and usability findings.
Results:
Updated screens and features tested positively and generated excitement for new website release rolling out Fall 2019.
